The Mitigating Subcontractor Default seminar is a one-hour presentation designed to provide participants with an effective knowledge of the basic principles of working with subcontractors through the entirety of a project. Chris Heider, Principal Consultant with Rimkus Consulting Group, will cover specific ways to mitigate subcontractor default risk from pre-bid through completion of the project. Through a series of case histories, the seminar will present the actual means, methods, and examples of past cases to illustrate how detailed mitigation steps will affect the outcome of a project.
