Join David Oberly, Blank Rome LLP as he discusses hot-button workplace privacy issues will be discussed, including (1) taking employees’ body temperatures; (2) scope of permissible employee inquiries regarding COVID-19 topics, such as symptoms and potential exposure; (3) employee self-reporting procedures; (4) confidentiality requirements; (5) employer disclosures of cases of COVID-19 to co-workers; (6) employer reporting obligations of cases of COVID-19 to public health agencies; and (7) recordkeeping requirements.
