As we all do our best to charter these uncertain waters, OACTA is aware that our members have questions regarding the statutes and orders being put in place during the COVID-19 pandemic. Specifically, there are various questions and issues regarding the tolling of time requirements, as set forth in Am.Sub.H.B. 197, and the Ohio Supreme Court’s Administrative Order issued on March 27, 2020. As a service to our members, OACTA will host a virtual OACTA Town Hall to discuss any issues you are dealing with in your practice during these times.
